# Production bible

# Production Bible

The Production Bible is the command center for your shoot. It shows where your production stands on cast contracts, confirmed locations, and signed agreements, and links you to the next upcoming shoot days.

## Where to find it

Click **Production** in the project nav. The Production Bible is the landing page for that section. To open the dropdown and go directly to Schedule, Call Sheets, or another section, click the chevron next to the word Production.

## Stat cards

Three cards load at the top of the page:

* **Cast confirmed** -- How many characters have a cast member with a signed agreement on file, out of the total number of characters. The sub-text breaks out how many characters are uncast and how many contracts are still missing.
* **Locations locked** -- How many locations have been locked (confirmed by the producer), out of the total active locations.
* **Agreements signed** -- Cast agreements and location agreements combined, in one number for the full production.

## Cast status

The cast section lists every character and the actor attached to them. Each row shows:

* The character name, linked to their board
* The actor name, or an **Uncast** badge if no one is attached
* **Contract** -- whether a signed agreement document is on file
* **Availability** -- a summary of the actor's availability responses. Shows how many dates they marked available and how many are tentative (for example, "2 avail | 3 tent"). If a request has been sent but the actor has not responded yet, it shows "Sent, waiting." If no request has been sent, it shows "Not sent."
* **Sizes** -- whether wardrobe sizes are on file

Click a character name to open that character's board.

## Location status

The locations section lists every active location. Each row shows:

* The location name, linked to its board
* The confirmed address from the Set Address and Contact card, or **No address on file**
* **Scenes** -- how many scenes use this location
* **Status** -- Locked or Scouting
* **Release** -- whether a signed location release is on file
* **Waiver** -- whether a signed waiver is on file
* A **Lock** or **Unlock** button

At the bottom of the table, any scenes with no location assigned are flagged so you can see what still needs to be placed.

See [Locking a location](/managing-locations#locking-a-location) for how the lock works and what it requires.

## Upcoming shoot days

The shoot days section shows the next five scheduled days. Each row shows the date, the day number, and a link to the call sheet for that day if one exists.

Click **All call sheets** to go to the full call sheets list.
