# Project settings

# Project Settings

Project-level settings: PDF branding and watermarking, production addresses, Exhibit G / SAG-AFTRA fields, coverage subjects, and delete project.

Click the **Settings** (gear) icon in the project nav bar (top-right).

**PDF Branding & Watermarking:** Watermark text (e.g. DRAFT), company name, logo (upload or URL). Applied to call sheets, DPR, breakdowns, and other PDFs. Organization logo is used if no project logo is set.

**Production Addresses:** Default production office and basecamp; pre-fill call sheets.

**Exhibit G / SAG-AFTRA:** Production number, type, SAG contact name and phone for Exhibit G PDF export.

**Coverage:** Manage coverage subjects (e.g. character coverage colors) used in shot list and reports.

**Rename your production:** On the project home page, click the production title, type the new name, and press Enter. Only the organization owner or an admin can rename a production.

**Danger zone:** Delete this project. Irreversible.

The gear icon is in the top-right of the project nav. Theme toggle (light/dark) is next to it; use it to switch appearance.
