This page lists every report and where to find it. **Hub:** **Breakdown** dropdown → **Reports** (or **Elements** → **View all reports**). The Reports page shows breakdown reports and, when you have a schedule, production reports. Use the schedule picker if you have multiple schedules. Many reports are also available from the place you use them (e.g. **Export** on the schedule, call sheet, or shot list). *** ## Breakdown reports Require a parsed script. Pick a category and download. | | **Full Breakdown PDF** | All scenes (or filtered) as one PDF | **Breakdown** → **Breakdown** → **Export** → Full Breakdown PDF. | | **Scene Breakdown PDF** | Single-scene breakdown for one scene | **Breakdown** → **Breakdown** → open the scene row’s **Download** menu (three dots) → Scene Breakdown PDF. | | **Character sides** | Script pages for one character (all their scenes) | **Breakdown** → **Reports** (when supported). Also **Schedule** → per-day **Day Sides** → Character Sides for that day. | | **Location sides** | Script pages for one location | **Breakdown** → **Reports** (when supported). | *** ## Schedule and production reports Require a schedule. Open **Breakdown** → **Reports** and select a schedule, or use **Production** → **Schedule** → open a schedule → **Export** in the header. | Report | Description | Where to find it | | ---------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | **Day Out of Days (DOOD)** | Cast availability: which days each actor works, holds, or travels | **Schedule** → **Export** → Day Out of Days. Or **Schedule** sidebar → per day → Day Sides. | | **Character Sides (for the day)** | Script with only the scenes where that character appears that day | **Call sheet** → **More** → Character Sides → \[Character]. Or **Schedule** sidebar → per day → Character sides. | | **Daily Production Report (DPR) PDF** | Day-after report: what was shot, pages, crew/cast times | **Schedule** sidebar → DPR icon for the day. Or **Call sheet** → **More** → Create Daily Production Report; once it exists, **Export** → Export DPR PDF. Supporter. Project Settings → Exhibit G / SAG-AFTRA for production number and SAG contact. | | **Day Bible / Day Packet** | Merged PDF for one day: day sides, one-liner, costume continuity; when Day Bible enhancements are enabled, also Makeup/Hair (Day) and Props (Day) when present for that day. Or **Location board** → Location Release & Waivers. | *** ## Budget reports | Report | Description | Where to find it | | ----------------- | ---------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- | | **Budget CSV** | Spreadsheet of categories and line items | **Production** → **Budget** → **Export** → CSV. | | **Budget PDF** | Formatted budget report | **Production** → **Budget** → **Export** → PDF. | | **Topsheet** | Summary/topsheet view | **Production** → **Budget** → **Export** → Topsheet. | | **Fringe report** | Fringe amounts by type and line | **Production** → **Budget** → **Export** → Fringe report. | *** ## Script export | Export | Description | Where to find it | | ------------------- | --------------------------- | --------------------------------------- | | **Script PDF** | Formatted screenplay PDF | **Script** tab → **Export** → PDF. | | **Script Text** | Plain text | **Script** tab → **Export** → Text. | | **Script Fountain** | Fountain format (.fountain) | **Script** tab → **Export** → Fountain. | *** ## Plan limits * **DPR, Exhibit G, DPR distribution, cast/crew time logs:** Supporter. * **Crew confirm and clock-in** (from call sheet link): Supporter. * **Call sheet distribution:** Supporter. * **DOOD, One-Liner, continuity reports, location schedule, element report, advance schedule:** Supporter on all projects; Free on first project only. * **Day Bible enhancements** (Makeup/Hair Day, Props Day, expanded Day Packet): Free on first project only; Supporter on all projects. When enhancements are not available (e.g. Free on a non–first project), the Day Bible board and Export dropdown show "Available on more projects" with a link to **View plans**. Breakdown reports do not require a schedule. Production and schedule reports do. If you do not see production reports, create a schedule first. See [Plan limits](/plan-limits) for tier details.
