Boards are flexible workspaces that hold cards: notes, links, images, todos, contacts, and (on item boards) cost/budget cards. They keep notes, references, and tasks next to the right entity (e.g. a character’s board for casting notes, an item’s board for cost and vendor links).Project board: From the project show page (if your app still exposes it) or legacy entry points.Scene, character, item, location boards: From the breakdown or element detail: open a scene, character, item, or location and look for the board tab or link.Crew member board: From the crew member’s profile or edit view.Day Bible: In the schedule sidebar, each production day has a row of links. Click the Day Bible label (or grid icon) next to Call for that day. The Day Bible is a board for that day with call sheet, shot list, DPR, one-liner, day sides, continuity PDFs, location templates, and your own cards. See Schedule for where the schedule sidebar lives.Open the board, then add a card (note, link, image, todo, etc.) using the add button or modal. Edit or delete cards inline. On todo cards, add items, assign assignees, and mark complete as needed.Day Bible is easy to miss: it is in the schedule sidebar (the stripboard sidebar that lists Day 1, Day 2, etc.), in the same row as Call, with a grid icon and the label “Day Bible.” Click that to open the day’s board. Item boards can include a Cost card that syncs with the project budget; editing cost on the board updates the budget line and vice versa.
