Project contacts: crew, talent, extras, and other people. You add names, emails, phones, and notes. Contacts can be added to call sheets, assigned to characters (cast), and used for distribution. Extras from the breakdown (extras items) can sync their card details to the project contacts under an “extras” category.Contacts in the project nav (main nav, not under Production).Add contacts manually or import (e.g. CSV). Edit as needed. Use Add to call sheet to put them on a call sheet. Use Assign to character to link a contact to a character for cast. Crew members can be linked to contacts; crew assignments on the call sheet use that link.On Free, Contacts is disabled for projects that are not your first; upgrade to Solo or above to use it on all projects.
