Address Book

Your production’s address book. Add crew, talent, extras, and vendors here to use them on call sheets and in the breakdown. You can store names, emails, phone numbers, and notes for each person. Address Book in the project nav. Adding someone to the Address Book does not send them any emails or give them access to this project. It only makes them available to use on call sheets, in the Crew Grid, and in the breakdown. To invite someone to collaborate on the project, use Invitations in the top navigation. See Team and Invitations.

What you can do from the Address Book

  • Add people manually (name, email, phone, notes, type).
  • Copy contacts from another project using Copy from another project.
  • Use Add to call sheet to add a person to a call sheet’s Crew Grid or cast list.
  • Use Assign to character to link a contact to a breakdown character (for cast).
  • Download everyone as an Excel, PDF, or CSV file.
Removing someone from the call sheet does not delete them from the Address Book.

Download the Address Book

  2. Click Export.
  3. Choose Export Excel, Export PDF, or Export CSV.
The Excel and CSV files include each person’s name, type, roles, email, phone, linked character, and notes. Rates are included only if you can see budget information on the project. The PDF is a printable contact sheet with names, roles, emails, and phone numbers, grouped the same way as the page. It never includes rates or notes, so it is safe to hand around on set.

Categories

People are organized by type: Crew, Talent, Vendors, and Extras. Extras from the breakdown (Extra cards) sync their contact details here automatically under the Extras category. Changes on the Extra card update the Address Book record, and vice versa.
