Advanced and Secondary Flows
Custom scene lists (shot list)
Named lists of scenes you define (e.g. “Pickups” or “Reshoots”). You can use them in the Shot List Builder to filter which scenes you are working on. Not the same as schedule days; these are custom groupings. Shot List → Builder. In the sidebar, use the Custom Lists tab (or equivalent) to create and manage lists. Add or remove scenes from a list. When a list is selected, the Builder shows only those scenes. Documented in the app as “Custom lists” in the Shot List Builder. Create a list, add scenes, then select it in the Builder to work on that set of scenes.Share links (shot list)
A view-only link to the shot list (or a filtered view). Anyone with the link can view without signing in. Useful for sending to department heads or post. Shot list View → More → Share. Create a link, copy it, revoke when no longer needed.Script export
Download the current script as PDF, plain text, or Fountain from the editor. Script editor toolbar → Export. Choose format. Title page and navigation are included where applicable.Prelining
An experimental flow for marking shots on a script (e.g. PDF) and converting those marks into shots. The UI exists in code but is not linked from the main nav and the PDF viewer is a placeholder. Consider it advanced/experimental only. No main menu entry; the feature exists at a direct URL path and is not part of standard user flows.Help center
In-app help articles and tutorials. When enabled, the help center is available at/help (or via an in-app link). When disabled, only site admins can access it for editing. If your instance has the help center enabled, look for a Help or Support link in the layout or footer. Otherwise it is admin-only.
