Reports

Spell Slate generates PDFs and exports for breakdown, schedule, shot list, call sheets, DPR, and budget. This page lists every report and where to find it. Hub: Breakdown dropdown → Reports (or ElementsView all reports). The Reports page shows breakdown reports and, when you have a schedule, production reports. Use the schedule picker if you have multiple schedules. Many reports are also available from the place you use them (e.g. Export on the schedule, call sheet, or shot list).

Breakdown reports

Require a parsed script. No schedule needed.

Schedule and production reports

Require a schedule. Open BreakdownReports and select a schedule, or use ProductionSchedule → open a schedule → Export in the header.

Shot list reports

Require a scene (or “All Shots”). From the shot list View, select a scene then use Export.
