Organization owners and admins can invite people by email. The invite specifies role and permissions (e.g. script, breakdown, schedule, shot lists, call sheets, crew contacts, create projects, invite) and project scope (all projects or selected). The invitee signs up or signs in and accepts; they then see the org and projects according to the invite.Invite in the project nav (when your org can invite), or Settings → Invite to this project. Organization (from the layout or account menu): Overview, Team Members, Billing & Invoices. Non-owners can leave the organization from the org page.Click Invite, enter email, choose role and permissions and project scope, send. The invitee gets an email, clicks through, signs up or in, and accepts. They appear under Team Members. To invite only to the current project, use Settings → Invite to this project and complete the same flow scoped to that project.
