Two kinds of tasks: Project todos (one task per record, with assignee, notes, and comments) and Card todos (todo cards on boards, each card can have multiple items with assignees). The assignee gets an email; when they mark it complete, the creator gets an in-app notification. Add comments from the task detail page; commenters get notified.Card todo: Add a todo card to a board (project, scene, character, item, etc.). Add items inside the card and assign them. Those items appear in the project Tasks list and in My Tasks. Toggle completion on the board or open the item for full detail and comments.Project todos and card todos are separate. A card todo item is not the same as a project todo; they just both show in the same task list. Only the assignee or creator can mark a project todo complete; card todo items follow similar rules (assignee or author can complete).
