Weather and locations

Call sheets show locations (set location, parking, nearest hospital, production office, basecamp) and weather for the shoot day. For scouting locations, adding candidates, and confirming an address in the breakdown, see Managing locations. Locations come from the schedule; you add addresses and optional contacts. Weather is pulled automatically when you have a shoot date and at least one location with an address, and you can refresh it anytime.

Locations on the call sheet

The Locations section lists set locations in shooting order (from the schedule), with columns for Set location (name and address), Parking, and Nearest hospital. Click Click to add address… (or the location name) to add or edit the address. Production office and basecamp appear in the header (top-left and top-right); click there to add or edit those addresses. Addresses you set on the call sheet can be saved as the project default so new call sheets pre-fill. You can also set defaults in Project Settings → Production Addresses (or organization-level defaults as fallback).

Pulling weather

Weather appears in the call sheet header (e.g. high/low and condition). To get weather:
  1. Set the shoot date on the call sheet (or it comes from the schedule daybreak).
  2. Add an address to at least one location (set location, production office, or basecamp). The app uses that address to fetch weather for the shoot date.
  3. Weather loads when the call sheet loads. If it was fetched before, the stored forecast is shown until you refresh.
Use Refresh Weather (in the call sheet action bar) to fetch the latest forecast and update the call sheet. After Resync Call Sheet, the app also fetches weather for the first set location so the section stays current. If no location has an address or the date is missing, weather will not be available; the UI will prompt you to set the date and add an address.

Location templates

From the Day Bible (schedule sidebar → grid icon for that day), when the day has scheduled locations, you can open Release, Waiver, or Info Sheet templates per location for on-set use. Location boards also offer these templates. See Reports for Day Bible and location templates. More: Managing locations, Call sheets, View link, opened, and confirmations, Project settings.
