Managing Your Plan

You can upgrade to Supporter or switch back to Free from the Plans page and from your organization’s Billing tab.

Plans page

Click Plans in the main navigation, Upgrade from Organization → Overview, or View plans from project upgrade prompts to open the pricing page. You can:
  • Compare Free and Supporter
  • Choose your Supporter amount (default 18,minimum18, minimum 13)
  • Use Upgrade to Supporter to start checkout
  • Use Switch at period end to go back to Free

Upgrading

When you click Upgrade to Supporter, you are taken to secure checkout. Complete the payment and your plan updates. You can change payment method later from the Billing and Invoices tab.

Downgrading

To switch back to Free, use Switch at period end on the Plans page. You keep Supporter until your current billing period ends, then switch to Free.

Organization Edit and Billing

From Organization (account menu or layout), open Billing and Invoices. There you see:
  • Your current plan and next billing date
  • Manage subscription: Opens the Plans page so you can upgrade or switch
  • View plans and pricing: Same link to compare tiers
When you are already on Supporter and viewing the Plans page, use View billing info to jump directly to Organization → Billing and Invoices. Organization owners can change plans; other members see the current plan and can ask the owner to upgrade or switch.
