Boards

Every scene, character, location, and breakdown item (prop, wardrobe, vehicle, etc.) has a board: a workspace where you add notes, links, images, todos, cast assignments, contacts, and cost info. Boards keep production details next to the right entity and sync key information to call sheets and the budget. You can open a board from:
  • Breakdown: Click a scene, character, location, or item to open its board. From a scene’s breakdown page, use View scene board.
  • Elements: Open Elements, pick a category, then click an item to open its board.
  • Schedule: In the schedule sidebar, each production day has a Day Bible link; that day’s board holds call sheet, shot list, DPR, and your own cards.
On a board you add cards (Note, Link, Image, Todo, Cast Member, Contact, Specifications, and others). Cards can have comments and @mentions to tag teammates. Some card types sync to call sheets (e.g. Cast Member on character boards, Parking/Hospital on location boards) or to the project budget (Cost card on item boards).
