Production Bible
Who can do this: Free plan on your first project, Supporter on all projects. Anyone with project access can read it. Locking a location needs project edit access.Prep is a list of things that are not done yet: who is signed, where you are allowed to shoot, when the first day is. The Production Bible is that list on one page, kept current from the cast, the locations, and the schedule. Click Production in the project nav to open it. The chevron beside the word opens the rest of the section: Schedule, Call Sheets, Locations, Equipment, Budget, and Address Book.

Read the three numbers

- Cast confirmed counts characters whose actor has a signed agreement on file, out of every character. Under it: how many are still uncast, and how many contracts are missing.
- Locations locked counts locked locations out of the active ones.
- Agreements signed adds cast agreements and location agreements together, out of every cast member and location.
Check the cast
Every character is a row. Click a name to open the character’s board.
- Actor is who is attached, or Uncast.
- Contract is Missing until a signed agreement is on the character’s board.
- Availability is what the actor answered: Not sent until you ask, Sent · waiting until they answer, then a count such as 2 avail | 1 tent, or None available. See Status Dashboard.
- Sizes is On file once the actor’s sizes are in, and Not sent until then.
Check the locations
Every active location is a row. Click a name to open its board.
- The address comes from the board’s Set Address & Contact card, or reads No address on file.
- Scenes is how many scenes use it.
- Status is Locked or Scouting.
- Release and Waiver are Not filed until the signed document is on the board.
- Lock confirms the location. It needs an address first; Unlock puts it back to scouting. See Locking a location.
See the next shoot days
The last section lists the next five shoot days from the schedule, each with how far off it is, a Day Bible button, and a Call Sheet button when that day has one. All call sheets opens the call sheets list.
