Account Settings

Account Settings is where you update your name, email address, and password. You can reach it from the user menu in the top navigation bar.

How to open Account Settings

Click your name in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. A menu appears with three options: Account Settings, Organization, and Sign out. Click Account Settings.

Change your name

  1. Open Account Settings.
  2. In the Profile section, update the Name field.
  3. Enter your current password in the Current password field at the bottom.
  4. Click Save changes.
Your name appears in the navigation bar and on PDFs you generate.

Change your email address

  1. Open Account Settings.
  2. In the Profile section, update the Email address field with your new address.
  3. Enter your current password in the Current password field.
  4. Click Save changes.
Your email is used to sign in and receive notifications. You will need to use the new address the next time you sign in.

Change your password

  1. Open Account Settings.
  2. In the Password section, enter a new password in New password and confirm it in Confirm new password.
  3. Enter your current password in the Current password field.
  4. Click Save changes.
Leave the new password fields blank if you only want to update your name or email.

Organization settings

From the same user menu, click Organization to manage your organization name, logo, team members, and billing. You can also reach Account Settings from the Account Settings link in the left sidebar of the Organization page.
